  • How much is delivery?
    Delivery is Free over $50 within Austraila through Australia Post or Sendle. For Order under $50, we charge $6 Flat Fee, please enjoy the cheap postage. :) Express Post is $12 Order to New Zealand is from $15, actual postage will be calculated at checkout by weight. Order to rest of the world is from $25, actual postage will be calculated at checkout by weight. We use Austalia Post for all International Orders
  • Can I exchange or refund?
    Yes. Please contact us and let us know if the products are faulty, you have changed your mind or other reasons of your dissatisfaction. Please visit our Refund and Return Policy for more details.
  • Can I get discounts if buy in bulk?
    Yes. We offer two soap clubs for Mei & Co.'s soaps. Trio Boxes - Buy 5 get 1 Free Single Bars - Buy 5 get 1 Free Please see product Page for details. We also offer Mulitbuy savings and value bundles. For larger bulk order, please contact us for more information. We welcome Corporate orders.
  • Do you ship Internationally?
    Yes. As international buyers, please ensure your purchases meet customs regulations for your country. Mei & Co. will not be responsible for customs duty or refusal of entry. New Zealand from $15, Rest of the world from $25. Postage will be calculated at checkout based on weight of total order.
