Free shipping over $45 AUD

Delivery takes 2 - 10 business days to arrive to you. The general guide is up to 5 days in metro areas and10 days in regional areas. A tracking number will be provided to you after your order is processed.

We try to keep our stock level up to ensure you get your deliveries within promised time frame. However, if the product(s) is out of stock, we will advise you of the delay. Delay due to out of stock can take up to 5 days.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us for a full refund within 3 days of the products arrival to you.
Refund will be issued within 3 business days from our approval and generally takes up to 10 business days for the fund to be credited back to you via the original payment method you used to purchase the products.

Faulty Products:
We take special care in packing each soap to ensure no faulty products are sent out to our customers. However, If you want a refund due to the products being faulty, please send us photos of the faulty products for the refund so we can improve our process to eliminate this unpleasant experience for you in the future.

Change of Mind:
We understand that as consumers, we change our mind sometimes. If you do, please send the products back to us for the refund. We do not cover the shipping cost for returned products due to change of mind.
